Prof. Dr. Christoph Kaserer
Christoph is a full professor of finance at Technische Universität München (TUM). His main research areas are corporate finance and financial intermediation. Moreover, he is acting as an expert for public institutions, law courts, as well as private companies. Moreover, he is an academic associate to Oxera, Oxford/London.
Christoph has earned a degree in economics at Vienna University, Austria, and holds a Ph.D. from the University of Würzburg, Germany. Before joining TUM, he was a full professor of finance and financial accounting at Université de Fribourg, Switzerland.
Dr. Timo Willershausen
Timo has over 9 years of work experience in the Valuation & Strategy advisory team of a Big 4 accounting firm. Timo's has gained vast experience in advising clients in the context of transactions, identifying and quantifying value drivers/KPIs for financial and management reporting purposes, delivering expert opinions on corporate finance issues.
He is responsible for international trainings on valuation and knowledge center work with focus on German standard setter bodies (IDW/FAUB). He holds an Ph.D. in finance.
Prof. Dr. Tobias Berg
Tobias has 10 years of work experience in the corporate finance area. He worked as a project leader at The Boston Consulting Group from 2004-2010, specializing on financial intermediation, corporate finance, and risk management.
Tobias holds a Ph.D. from the Technical University of Munich. He is currently an assistant professor at the University of Bonn and his research areas include risk premia on debt and equity markets as well as financial intermediation topics.
Daniel Kittlauss, CFA, CPA
Daniel is a managing director and co-city leader in the Frankfurt office of an international Corporate Finance and Advisory firm, where he is responsible for Valuation Advisory services. Daniel has more than 17 years of experience in valuations specifically in financial and tax reporting, transactions and consulting.
Daniel's main focus today is on advising his clients in the context of transactions, identifying and quantifying value drivers/KPIs for financial and management reporting purposes, delivering expert opinions on corporate finance issues.
